Yoga in our backyard - wine country. Eight hours of yoga on the mat and two hours of life coaching off the mat. Good weather, great food and new friends. The room was full of energy as we experienced our practice grow.

The wall become our prop at this workshop as we opened tight places, strengthen muscles found support and alignment for inversions such as handstands, balancing poses and the standing split.

What an adventure! Glorious Yoga is returning for our 2nd trip in January 2012. Exotic food markets, Buddhist temples, Asian culture, reflexology, Thai massage, spa treatments, elephant trekking, Thai cooking demonstration, cruising the island by scooter, jungle hikes to waterfalls, fishing villages, meditation practice, forest monastery, beautiful beaches and friendly Thai hospitality. What a wonderful opportunity to make new friendships, see the world and deepen your yoga practice.
